Квартира в самом центре города, расположение супер-премиальное в трех минутах ходьбы абсолютно все санатории. Аллея 1000сосен, всевозможные супермаркеты, рынок, автобусные остановки(включая межгород),музей, парковая зона - все в шаговой доступности. Закрытая придомовая территория, вход по электронному ключу.
В квартире все предусмотрено для комфортного проживания и приятного отдыха (установлен WiFi и телевидение более 100каналов), на лоджии организована зона для отдыха, утреннего кофе, чая и полного релакса.
Возможна сдача посуточно не менее 10суток.
Так же обращаем Ваше внимание на то, что у нас категорически запрещено курить на балконе, в квартире и на лестничной площадке.
К сожалению с животными в квартире мы не размещаем, а так же квартира не сдаётся для проведения ЛЮБЫХ праздничных мероприятий.
